Good Morning! At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 69 and it feels like 69. Flash Flood Watch in effect for North MS through this evening. There is an 80% chance of strong storms today. Main threats will be for nickel to quarter size hail, wind gusts of 50-60mph, isolated tornadoes, heavy rainfall of 1-3 inches with locally 4+ inches, and flash flooding. Timing of these storms will be through 7am this morning for Western MS, from 6am-11am this morning for Central MS, and from 10am this morning-1pm this afternoon for Eastern MS. Highs will continue to range between 67 and 83 with lows between 42 and 67. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 70 and it feels like 70. Todays high is 67 and a low of 42 with an 80% chance of strong storms. Fridays high is 67.
