Thanks for the report. My sister lives in Christiansburg VA. Her area is forecast to get over 1/2 foot of snow. I'll try to find out what she finally got, tomorrow. (Her town is located about 10 miles from Virginia Tech. University--Blacksburg VA.)

Hey, LT, all we receive was a dusting of snow. Though it did snow heavy here some and the snow sticked to the cars some, but not much accumulation unforunately up this way. May have black ice potential tonight into tomorrow morning.

Hey Johnny,
Nice to see the snow across MS, adjacent parishes of E / SE LA for a lil Winter treat overnight / early morn. Hope you got to enjoy!

None here of course, but even better, I'm delighted to report, finally, the rare and very welcome return of clear, sunny skies as ULL lifts out! Especially after weeks of being stuck under the dreaded "SW flow aloft" / associated wet dreariness - glad to see the dominant Caribbean ridge get shunted away.
