On Sunday, winds will be out of the South-Southeast at 17mph with higher gusts. There is a 70% chance of thunderstorms on Monday. Some storms could be strong to severe with large hail, damaging winds, and heavy rain. An isolated tornado or two cannot be ruled out. Now, for your tropical update. In the Atlantic, a weak surface low located about 1050 miles West of the Cape-Verde Islands is moving Westward at 10-15mph. Disorganized showers and thunderstorms remain well to the East of the low due to strong upper-level winds. These winds are expected to remain strong. The National Hurricane Center is giving this system a low chance, 0%, of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours. In Eastern Pacific, all is quiet with no development expected over the next couple of days.
Hope yall are having a great Saturday and I'll have another post tomorrow.
