Good Morning! At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 34 and it feels like 30. Highs will continue to range between 42 and 63 with lows between 22 and 34. No rain is expected over the next few days. Winds today will be out of the West-Northwest at 15mph with higher gusts and winds tomorrow will be out of the South-Southwest at 16mph with higher gusts. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 37 and it feels like 37. Todays high is 40 and a low of 23 with winds out of the Northwest at 16mph with higher gusts. Saturdays high is 52 with winds out of the Southwest at 18mph with higher gusts.
Now, for your Winter/Severe Weather Update for the Southeast Region. There could be winter weather potential around the 31st and around February 1st.
Now, for your tropical update. In the Atlantic, all is quiet with no development expected over the next couple of days. In the Eastern Pacific, all is quiet with no development expected over the next couple of days. In the Western Pacific, Tropical Depression Agaton has winds of 35mph with a pressure of 1004mbars. Located near the Philippines. In the North Indian Ocean, all is quiet with no development expected over the next couple of days. In the Southern Hemisphere, Tropical Low has winds of 35mph with a pressure of 993mbars. Also, in the Southern Hemisphere, Tropical Cyclone June has winds of 40mph with a pressure of 1000mbars. Also, in the Southern Hemisphere, Moderate Tropical Storm Deliwe has winds of 50mph with a pressure of 997mbars. Movement is South-Southwest at 12mph. Is expected to make landfall by early Tuesday morning on the coast of Southern Africa.
