The 2013 Hurricane Season has been an interesting one,but we are about to see an active impulse in the Atlantic and East Pacific with a possibly with 3-4 name storms in either basin with an plus in e MJO pulse and the kelvin wave coming into the picture,we will an active period in the Western Hemisphere.It already created Fernand this weekend,so get ready whatever develops.The NHC is already giving an area of low pressure within a tropical wave with a 0/30% chance of development.

Little AOI

An area of weak low pressure has developed in the east Caribbean and the NHC is putting an AOI over this.This could very well be Erin in the next several days.The National Hurricane Center currently has it at 0% by 48 hours,and 120 hours.
