Wisconsin Weather Update for May 12, 2014.

By: HaleStorm , 12:56 PM GMT on May 12, 2014

Forecast Summary: Mild with thunderstorms today, including heavy rainfall at times and a slight risk of severe. Mostly cloudy and cooler the rest of the week.

Active Advisory:
Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through late tonight.

Synopsis: Another round of thunderstorms rolled into the Fox Valley area around 4am this morning, ensuring that many will be tired and cranky at work today. A strong area of low pressure to our southwest will continue to bring on the storms through tonight.  Some of these storms could produce heavy rainfall, thus the Flash Flood Watch being issued through tonight, and the Storm Prediction Center has placed us in the slight risk category for thunderstorms reaching severe levels, including the threat of hail, strong winds and maybe even an isolated tornado.
