Clouds today, thundershowers tonight. Clouds tomorrow, thundershowers tomorrow night. Pattern breaks with just lots of rain Sunday. Did I mention it will be mild?
My bolded title got a little long-winded there, but there’s a lot going on this weekend. A low pressure system is going to slowly move through the upper Midwest this weekend, bringing scattered thundershowers and warm, mild air in front of it, then cold air behind the front starting late on Sunday. Many of us may break 60 degrees Saturday, but will struggle to even hit 40 on Monday. Look out for heavy rainfall on Sunday, which could even briefly turn into a mix of light rain/snow before ending late.
