INVEST 96L RACES PAST PUERTO RICO...UPDATE FIVE...10AM
Invest 96L is currently producing Tropical Storm Conditions. So regardless that it is not officially a Tropical Storm it is. The effects are the same I understand why it is not official, if you look at the radar there is a lot of moisture with it, however it lacks the full fledged organization it needs. But trust me it is well on its way, especially after it moves towards the Bahamas and can get away from land. Then it kinda turns northward in the eastern Bahamas then we watch it for that dreaded turn back. HOWEVER! it's all dependent on the timing of the Cyclone, The Low by the Lakes, and the High to the east. I have fully ruled out the southeastern US solution. Just as likely at that 5 day mark could it zip off and go back east OR it comes back towards the northeast.
