TUESDAY, JANUARY 2/07

By: GRANDMANAN , 11:45 AM GMT on January 02, 2007

Overcast, a balmy 5Ctemp, a westerly breeze 15-25KPH, clearing with breeze for the next couple of days in the offing.

A wet breezy day for the first day of 2007, fortunatly did not manifest in freezing rain as it started out to be. Temps were mild, and rained all day into the evening. Making for a wet Sunday type of atmosphere.

Three seiners had twine out mid afternoon off the light at North Head. Early in the day for that excercise, possibly an indication of the number of herring that are around.

The rodent cleaned up on more bait yesterday, have not checked today. The thing has quite an appetite to ingest that amount and still be around ,he had made his way between the walls in the basement New Years Morning, but becme quiet after banging on the wall.

Looks like we both lucked out. Same down here; wet and breezy but no real heavy rain. Clearing up nicely today. A bit chilly, at least for us.

Good Morning Rob.
The wife had a large rodent in a trailer we lived in many years ago. An elevtor had burnt and scattered the residents. The thing sprung traps and never got caught till her dad came hunting and got it with a bbq fork. I'm glad I was away for that one.
I wish you and your famly a prosperous New Year and good hunting.

20 pounds
part maine coon I think maybe

his ears fold down, could be from too many fights or he may be part scottish fold
being as how he is a found kitty I guess it doesn't matter much. can't make a better mouse trap

hi,
ever since Sam the cat came to be with me,
[he was feral doesn't need people,] I haven't had any problems with pests, he is a "regular mouser" also enjoys hunting and catching squirrels. in fact he would play a regular
game of catch the dead mouse, bird or what ever
they had for that day with the other cats.
on any given day we would have many dead things to pick up in the yard.
