Weather change is the only constant we have had for quite sometime. Nice looking morning, 4C temp, calm, sun burning off some fog. Another nasty n'oreaster for tomorrow, a major rain event for us, inland, lots of freezing rain, further north you go changes to snow. Unsettled weather to continue at least for the next few days.

Signs of Spring slowly emerging, more geese, robins, trees attempting to bud, now if the snow and poor weather leaves with March it will be good.

Be some traps hauled today, conditions are good, haven't heard what the price looks like or what the catch is looking like.

Dear Rob:

Thanks for the info on the owl. That might be worth a trip just to see him. And don't laugh - it could happen.

Just spent EARTH HOUR with all the kids here. We sat around the table with the candles lite and everybody told one tale after another. Surprisingly, a lot of the tales were about Grand Manan beach fires, etc. Funny, just when you think they never appreciate anything they are telling their friends about it. Go figure.

Today was outstanding - weather wise. Went for a walk at the INP and it was WARM????? Now all the talk is about freezing rain, etc., for tomorrow. Blarg. Way to wreck todays awesomeness.

Well, now that the kids have all left I will get the dishes and everything else cleared away. 10 oclock and just starting that. Sheech!

Good luck tomorrow with the freezing rain, etc. Pray it passes by.

Word. Chunks.

Mornin CHUNKS, a fine one it is, AT THE MOMENT, a brief indication that things might be changing for the better.

The owl was at our airport, just about got in the windshield of my truck. Spoke with the airport guy, he mentioned the bird has been around for quite awhile, not a common bird for this part of the world.

We were in Fredericton on Village business, flew up and right back, impressive amount of snow to be dealt with, certainly more than I have been complaining about. This morning just the larger drifts remain, steady rain and a bit of southerly looked after large portion.

Looks as if you are in for quite a mess tomorrow, a rain even for us. Road crew have been clearing drains in anticipation of the run off, sooner have rain than freezing rain or snow.

Rob still depending on Public Transit, BERNICE did make it into the shop this past week, hopes to be mobile by next weekend.

Watch the weather for tomorrow, have a good weekend.
