Today the start of what can be described as days of unsettled weather. Currently snow flurries, with a skiff on the ground, temp -2C expected to rise mid single digits on the plus side. Rain showers possible, the remainder of the week contains forecast of high winds, snow, sleet, freezing rain, and rain into the weekend. Wind to swing pretty well around the compass during this period and will dictate what kind of precip we receive.
A quick trip to St. John yesterday, managed to buy Rob a meal. His vehicle, BERNICE, require some extensive bodywork to pass Vehicle Inspection. The school has agreed to let his class do the work, taking it further than just cosmetic in the process, after what had to do mechanically this is a big help for the wallet.
GRAND MANAN ADVENTURE was supposed to be on the run yesterday, after the first trip. However further problems found in the engine room that requires further work, parts again forwarded from U.S.A. Once part arrives not too much to install, latest word is next couple of days the V will go back to backup status.
