Wind now from the south 25-30KPH, temp at freezing mark, overcast, temp to rise mid single digits, a change in the wind by this afternoon from the west will clear the sky. Similar conditions for tomorrow, possible rain for Sunday, stormy next week.

A day trip to St. John, meet up with Rob and Rachel for lunch and a transfer of some funds for the weekend. Rachel pleased the Labour Dispute at the University has been resolved she returns to classes on Monday.

Boats have made a couple of forays on the water this week, haven't spoken with anyone about the level of catch or price.

Evening,
If anyone in the house has a Facebook account, try to find "Beachcombing in Kerry" or Beachcombing in Orkney". Lots of interesting stuff from our part of the world ends up on their beaches. I don't like the pollution factor but still find it interesting.

40 degrees here today, 30 mph W wind as well. Most of the guys fishing got through their gear in the last 2 days.
