Winter weather best describes the goings on this morning, can't tell if we are having snow, blowing snow, certainly fairly wild as daylight enters the swamp. Temp -16C the NE45-50KPH giving a windchill factor of -30C. Snow to slowly relent as the day moves along, however cold temp and wind to remain till later on tomorrow. Rain in the forecast for Monday, Maritime winter weather in a nutshell.
Traffic appears to be moving with no problem, the accumulation of snow not evident on this side of the road, wind moves it along to neighbours before hitting and staying along the treeline.
No boats fishing in these conditions, some may get out on Sunday, the window of more moderate conditions closes by mid next week, clear and cold once again.
