A miserable one underway this morning, easterly 15-20KPH, temp -2 with rain hitting the window, nigh unto being snow, temp may increase a bit however weather conditions to remains for next day or so.

Tuesday is Setting Day, temp to be cool, wind westerly 35KPH with higher gusts is what is forecast. Will wait and see, believe there is a plan in place to call to the Setting Day if wind above certain level, don't know what the wind is set at.

Rob at home, laundry in hand, first thing yesterday water wouldn't drain. Septic overloaded, did manage to get it pumped out, fortunate next week he will be on the water. Things working fine for now, a strong indication field is suspect and in need of replacement.

Was nasty morning taking up a load of traps. Once the take up fever starts the only way to cure it is to get everything up and on land.

Access to internet is non-existent at our home until we get a new router. Not even a damn reset button on it, just no lights, no nothing.

Rachel home for long weekend. Absolutely great to have her within 100 miles.

Hey, Rob.

I had to laugh at Young Rob's laundry crisis and budgetary woes! The phone calls home for $$$$ is de rigueur for college students.

While I appreciate the fact that the ladies helped out the U.S. economy with their shopping expedition, I wonder how the bank balances fared? lol

It's a bit overcast today, though warmer than yesterday. We'll drop down Wednesday night, though.

I need to check my supply of winter under layers and socks. I'm pretty well set with outerwear for about any temperature, from mild coolth to heavier coats and jackets, both casual and dressier.

In fact, I think I'm pretty well set with outerwear for some years to come, thanks to a few bargain purchases over the past few years and some hand-me-downs from late relatives.
