Overcast, calm, 1C, temp to rise mid single digits with showers a possiblity. Similar conditions for the next couple of days, end of the week looking good with sun and higher temps the order of the day.

Emily doing some last minute tasks, prior to returning to UNB, via Quispam, late tomorrow. Rob and Rachel making a road trip via BERNICE to take in a movie and some much needed shopping in St. John, good thing he had some hours yesterday, might have made enough to get him there at least.

Harbour quiet, a few more waterfowel showing up all the time, no brant, geese, or robin reports as yet. This week after week of severe weather certainly not encouraged them to travel this way at all.

Dear Rob:

Blarg, blarg, blarg on this winter. Woke up this morning and it was snowing hard - wet, heavy stuff. Cleaned the car off twice, which was useless because it just got covered again. At noon we are now in to a snow/rain mix. This is opposite of yesterday, wherein it was nice enough to go outside in sweatshirts. We BBQ steaks for all on deck. It was an awesome supper.

Many are home from 'away' for the March break. Notably, rent-a-son who went to B.C. to work with Aquaculture. He loves it. He loves the Province, the old growth forest, the birds and critters, his job, and everything else. I was glad to sit and listen to all the tales.

Daughter has gone back to Fredericton so today will be more on the quiet side.

Can't wait to get your report of the first brant siting. That is the true start of spring for me.

Well, now that I have all Sarah's laundry done and sent back I have to do my own. Yahoo! Gotta love Monday's. Sigh

Have a good one. Word.

Mornin CHUNKS, indeed Nan is going the laundry, insuring it done correctly of course. Hair consultation later on today, along with scouting around for summer employment opportunities is the order of the day. Seems the only one Emily will be directly responsible for will be job searching.

Rob has a bit more independance with BERNICE, financial responsiblities about to hit home, I hope. He off to take in a movie, and possibly a bit of shopping this morning in St. John. No lack of confidence in getting on the road to have a look around.

Weather has been all over the place this weekend, however the temps are worth keeping, days longer, things are beginning to look like a change is in the offing.

Have a good one.
