A breeze from north, far from the past days of high winds, a cool 3C, clear with partial clouds later on today. Temp to rise into mid single digits, wind to pick up some as the day moves along.
SETTING DAY at 0700, the traffic already going by the house, will have my coffee and muster at 0600. Season scheduled to start on Tuesday past, crews anxious to get the gear in the water. Conditions today much more safe for all concerned.
Rob working around the wharf for the day, lots of gear to move off to the lobster car. Some boats will haul later on today once the gear is in the water. Once we have our gear in will wait till daylight tomorrow before having a look.
