The typical Easter Weekend batch of weather getting underway, now becoming overcast, temp 1C, northerly 10-15KPH. Weekend calling for snow/rain, all depends how close one is to the coast, temp near double digits, the transition to spring well underway.

Emily in Quispam, movie last evening, not a great deal of txting goes on when she is on the mainland. Rob concentrating on his beauty sleep, don't see his frame much either.

Finally most of the wood in the yard, now must get the ambition to manufacture, back paying the price for yesterdays effort.

Did you ever get weather reports from channel 5 in Bangor? They had a weather guru named Kerry Kinsey who just loved nasty weather, and I think his favorite was what he called "a dirty low pressure" The low would settle down in the middle of the Bay of Fundy and crank out moisture and inclement weather for days on end. As I see the next 4-5 day forecast I think that is what we have coming.

So off on a road trip Cindy and I go. Em's car broke down in Charlottetown late Thursday so no repairs could be done to it until Monday. She had planned on being home for Easter and a few days off but instead we will head up the coast and take Easter to her, although a day late.

Lobster price on the inevitable downward trend. We are down from $6.50 a pound to $6 with lower prices promised by the big dealers. I guess they have nothing left in thier pounds. The STate of Maine put a bunch of money (grants, job training, etc.) in the former Stinson sardine factory in Prospect Harbor to convert it into a lobster processing plant. Live Lobster from Chelshea, MA operated it for one year. The bank padlocked the place 10 days ago and Live Lobster owes much money to many people/companies. Just another same old, same old for the fisherman.

Dear Rob:

I knew it was going to snow - because I had to go to Fredericton, early. Daughter had to go up for one work shift so I decided to go to the Farmers Market, shops downtown (for special stuff) and other 'stuff'.

On the way up, father let daugher drive (My car??). Apparently, the old folks cant drive properly. Anywho, staring out the window for hawks and eagles, what do I spy, a humungus moose in the swamp - munching away. If we hadn't been on the two laner, doing who knows what speed, I could have got a National Geographic Moment picture. He was so close, but thank God, just beyond the moose fence. What a beauty!

The farmers market was shoulder to shoulder. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Hubby likes crowds, I hate them. I waited in line for 22 minutes to get 4 oz. of goat cheese from Fromageire. After that thought, I found some need easter items in the downtown stores.

Home by 4:00. I had to drive. Daughter and hubby both sleeping. Snow flurries in the blueberry plains pass.

The wind outside is cold, cold, cold. Thus, I am making a white chocolate, raspberry swirl cheesecake. Then, on to other easter prep.

Have a great easter yourselves and talk soon.

Word. Chunks.
