Winter like conditions remain in place, still some remnants of snow flurries, wind from NE 30-35KPH, temp -6C windchill making it feel in the minus double digits. Suposed to moderate, clear, with winds gradually dying down, overnight southerly influence, brings warm temps, high winds and rain.

A trip to St. John this morning, Donna's dad has a couple of appointments with eye people. The rough weather sometimes bothers him this past little while, motion and poor vision not a good mix.

Rob's trip to Poley Mtn. postponed, one of the chaperones not feeling good. With a dozen mid teens most of which are male one has to be on top their game to make it work.

Dear Rob:

And we thought our weather sucked? .... I was just talking to one of my friends on Face Book. She has a very large family contingent in Indiana .. where the tornadoes ripped through today .. and some are not accounted for. She is asking for all her WU friends to say a word for her. Just awful!

Our weather here today improved a tonne. It was actually pretty nice this afternoon.

Sorry that L'il Rob is missing his trip but I don't think it would be too great for tomorrow. They are giving freezing rain, snow, and everything else weather wise.

Emily looks like she won't be going to Quispam either.

Well, here's hoping that we don't get pounded tomorrow but Good Luck anywho.

Word. Chunks.

Morning CHUNKS, same here most winter we have had coming along when we most want or feel the good weather should be the order of the day.
Boat has made all her trips this week, with the northerly going over might be a bit of a challenge with three days of it to have built up the swells, one of the pluses of travelling on the Bay in the winter.

Emily being very subtle about travel tomorrow, but no demands or 'hissy fits' in evidence. She can travel on Sunday with much better conditions, but the elements or rough water dosen't bother her at all. The call of Quispam is very strong.

Have a good one.
