A warm soggy morning underway, overcast, showers overnight, temp a mild 6C. Forecast suggesting more showers, wind shifting to west with clearing and cooler temps the result.

Both kids below decks, Emily had a babysitting gig, Rob visiting to North Head for the evening. Emily babysitting again today, her having a vehicle makes it easiar to get around to these commitments.

Friend that dropped off the lobsters, now nearly history, the chowder just great, has most of his traps on the bank.

Dear Rob:

Torrential rain here again last night. Daughter decided to walk friend home half way and upon return 10 minutes later - was soaked to the skin.

Cheesecake all prepared for tonights dinner party, as well as marinated shrimp, etc., etc. Finish up today. Daughter won't be able to help. Studying for exams? (nose better be in books at all times :).

Anyway - good luck staying dry. Talk soon.

Back at you O'Gal. Good luck on the decorating. Post a picture for us all to see. If you put a bird in the tree the Weather blog will say it is outdoor themed and allow it. :)

Good morning Rob.
Yesterday the wife pointed out some salt cod at $11.95 a pound. That's sure a big hike from what the fishermen, who do the most work to catch the fish, get at the wharf. The middlemen are getting rich on the fisherman's backs.
Enjoy the day.

Morning Rob, today the tree comes inside. Ugh! Trying to beat the rain. Hope it will look good. We have had it in sugar water for about a week. I love this time of the year and my tree is the star. Hope you have a wonderful day and enjoy the parade.

Hidie ho Chunks!
