October 2013: Will it turn colder ? Snow or No

What will Mid October bring this time around? Just 2 years ago the Northern Berkshires of Massachusetts had a snowy October. Over 20 inches in most spots especially over the higher terrain. On October 27, 2011 we had 3.0 inches of snow followed up by the weekend snowstorm of October 29th. That storm dumped the heaviest snow I ever seen in the month of October. 20.8 inched.

Hello EaglesClaw64, I am Dave from San Jose, CA. The weather certainly has changed everywhere in the world. Here in San Jose, CA. their has been some measurable precipitation since April.

Hello .. Wondering the same here for my area .. not expecting the snow like your area this early .. but we are in the extreme drought area again .. for the past 3 weeks ..

have only received 1.8 inches of rain at my place since the middle of July .. rain all around but not here ..
