Historical data from '60-'08 on casualties and damage in HKan extract on Typhoon Wanda in '62 which holds wind records here, though the real damage was from the storm surge filling up the Tolo Harbour during high tide with waves 23' over chart data hitting the low-lying rice paddies then in that area.Max Gusts and Hourly Mean Wind Speeds for Typhoon York in 1999 which set the record for longest time for Typhoon Signal #10 (hurricane force winds present) of 11 hours.
