Valentine's Day

By: BostonDan , 4:42 AM GMT on December 01, 2011

Well, the Red Sox have a new manager... at the very least, things should be interesting around here next year.

It has been a while since I've posted. Coincidentally my last post was around Valentine's Day 2010 when my big weather beef was the lack of snow. It is only the cusp of December, so there is most of the season left, but dang, where is the cold and snow?

I started running a few years ago and for that reason alone I have been enjoying this disturbingly warm weather pattern. I did get a rare chance to enjoy some October snow. But since then it has been so warm. And there does not even appear to be a slight prospect for accumulating snow in the extended forecast.

Regardless, I am heading to Jackson, Wy next month so I am pretty much guaranteed to experience snowy winterness, but I'd love to see even a chance of flurries in the forecast around here.
