Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 9:44 PM MST Jan. 23, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory now in effect until 6 PM MST Tuesday...

* timing... midnight tonight through Tuesday afternoon.

* Total snow accumulations... 2 to 5 inches.

* Winds/visibility... winds becoming northwest 10 to 20 mph with
gusts to 30 mph by Tuesday morning. Visibilities may be reduced
to one half mile at times in falling and blowing snow.

* Impacts... hazardous travel is likely tonight through much of
Tuesday due to a combination of icy and snow packed roads and
poor visibilities due to falling and blowing snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
snow and strong winds will create restricted visibilities and
drifting snow along area roadways. Use caution when traveling...
especially in open areas.
