... Isolated thunderstorms forming across the basin this
afternoon...

Isolated showers and thunderstorms, from the west, will move over
portions of the Wind River basin this afternoon. A few storms may
also develop within the basin in the next few hours. Small hail,
wind gusts up to 40 mph and brief heavy rain will be the main
threats from these storms.
