... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until midnight MDT
tonight...

* timing... periods of snow through this evening. Snow will be
moderate to heavy at times.

* Total snow accumulation... some areas southwest of Buffalo have
already received 10 inches of snowfall. Expect a total of 6 to
10 inches in most areas. Locally higher amounts in the
foothills of the Bighorn Mountains.

* Main impact... roads will be slushy to snow covered especially
this morning. As of 12 PM, Powder River Pass was closed.

* Other impacts... heavy snow will reduce visibility below a
quarter mile at times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
