* Additional details... the hazardous conditions could impact the
morning commute. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30
This Winter Weather Advisory is for snow, wind and wind chills.
Expect snow to cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow
covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving. Downed limbs or trees from the wind could lead to power
outages. If venturing out wear layers of loose-fitting,
lightweight warm clothing, a hat, and mittens or gloves.
