Through 530 am, scattered strong thunderstorms will be seen in
southeast Minnesota, northeast Iowa, and in the Wisconsin counties
near the Mississippi River. These storms will be capable of
producing small hail and wind gusts up to 30 mph as they move
east at 45 mph. Rainfall rates will be up to an inch an hour.

Through 530 am, scattered strong thunderstorms will be seen in
southeast Minnesota, northeast Iowa, and in the Wisconsin counties
near the Mississippi River. These storms will be capable of
producing small hail and wind gusts up to 30 mph as they move
east at 45 mph. Rainfall rates will be up to an inch an hour.
