Flood Watch / Flood Statement
Issued: 6:59 AM CDT Sep. 25, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Flash Flood Watch is cancelled...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of Minnesota and west central
Wisconsin has been cancelled. Rainfall is steadily diminishing
over the watch area, thus greatly reducing the threat for any
additional rapid rises on area rivers and reducing the potential
for exacerbating ongoing flooding concerns. Flash flooding is no
longer expected. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch has been
cancelled for portions of southern and southeastern Minnesota into
west central Wisconsin.
