* From Tuesday evening to Thursday afternoon.
* At 830 PM Monday the stage was 6.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river is forecast to have a maximum value of 13.4
feet Wednesday early afternoon... and fall below flood stage by
Thursday afternoon.
* Impact... at 13.0 feet... roads near the river begin to flood.
* Impact... at 11.0 feet... some park and agricultural lands become
inundated.
