... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from 4 PM PST this afternoon
through late tonight...

* timing... Fraser outflow will cold northeast winds to the eastern
Strait this evening. Up to four inches of snow could fall in
localized upslope snowfall.

* Main impact... slippery roads expected tonight and Tuesday
morning where any snow falls as temperatures fall below
freezing. Black ice will also be possible Tuesday morning and
again Wednesday morning with lows in the 20s.
