... Areas of dense fog early this morning...

Areas of fog... locally dense will persist over much of central and
southern Virginia through 830 am or 9 am. Visibilities will
average from one half mile to one mile... but will be locally
reduced to one quarter of a mile or less in some locations.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam
headlights only.
