... The Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory remains in effect until
1015 PM EDT for eastern Henrico... western New Kent... central
Chesterfield... south central King William and eastern
Hanover counties... and the city of Richmond...

At 856 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain continuing in
portions of the advisory area. Although heavy rain has moved out of
the city of Richmond and central portions of Chesterfield County...
additional showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are moving back
into the advisory area. This will cause Urban and Small Stream
flooding to persist in the advisory area.

Richmond... King William... Highland Springs... talleysville... Virginia
commonwealth University... Bon Air... downtown Richmond... Moseley...
Chester... Mechanicsville... bottoms bridge... Tunstall... East Highland
