... Dense fog advisory now in effect until 7 am EST this morning...
... Small Craft Advisory now in effect until 4 PM EST Tuesday...

* winds... east 20 to 25 kt with gusts to around 30 kt this
morning, diminishing this afternoon, then becoming north to northwest
tonight and increasing to 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
later tonight into Tuesday.

* Waves... 3 to 4 feet.

* Visibility... areas of fog reducing visibility to near zero at
times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Small Craft Advisory means wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots and/or
waves of 4 feet or greater over the Chesapeake Bay are expected
to produce hazardous boating conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners... especially those operating smaller
vessels... should avoid navigating in these conditions.

Mariners should pay close attention to the marine forecast... and
consider wind and sea conditions in planning.

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one mile. Inexperienced mariners...
