Issued: 11:03 AM MST Feb. 24, 2017 – National Weather Service

The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
east central Box Elder County in Utah...
specifically for The Bear river below Cutler dam in Box Elder
County

* until 1100 PM MST Sunday

* releases from Cutler dam will bring The Bear river at Corinne Utah
to reach flood stage by early this afternoon. The Bear river is
expected to remain above flood stage through Sunday evening.

* At 1000 am MST the stage of The Bear river at Corinne is 15.44 feet
or 7835 cubic feet per second (cfs). The flood stage is 15.50 feet
or 7930 cfs. The Bear river at Corinne is expected to exceed flood
stage by early this afternoon. The river will crest near
15.70 feet/8230 cfs Saturday evening, then fall below flood stage
by late Sunday evening.

* Anticipated areas of impact remain near the river and will include
mainly campgrounds, agricultural lands and roadways.
