MST/ this evening...

The Winter Weather Advisory is now in effect until 6 PM CST /5 PM
MST/ this evening.

* Timing... expect snow to continue... diminishing by late afternoon
or early evening.

* Snow accumulations... additional snow accumulations of up to 1
inch are expected.

* Winds / visibility... winds gusting from 40 to 50 mph will cause
areas of blowing and drifting snow. In addition... areas of poor
visibility below one-half mile are expected. Tree branches
could fall as well.

* Impacts... reduced visibility and hazardous Road conditions...
including during the morning commute.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that visibilities
will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow around. Use
caution when traveling... especially in open areas.
