* timing... snow will continue to expand across the region through
the early afternoon... becoming moderate to heavy at times this
afternoon and evening hours. Snow will persist tonight... before
ending Wednesday morning.
* Snow accumulations... total snow accumulations of 8 to 14
inches... with the highest amounts near the Missouri River.
* Winds / visibilities... significant reductions in visibility are
possible in the falling snow. Northerly winds increase to 20 to
30 mph with occasional gusts over 30 mph tonight into Wednesday
morning... which may produce patchy blowing and drifting snow.
* Impacts... plan on difficult driving conditions... including
during the evening commute today. Roads will quickly become
