... Frost and freeze products to be issued early this year...

Due to warm temperatures in February, and an early start to the
growing season, frost advisories and freeze warnings will be
issued early this year to the east of the Blue Ridge over much of
western North Carolina, upstate South Carolina, and northeast
Georgia. The mountains of the western Carolinas and northeast
Georgia have not been quite as warm, and therefore frost
advisories and freeze warnings will not be issued for those area
at this time.
