* winds and timing: south to southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with
gusts to 45 mph.

* Locations include: portions of the Illinois and Applegate
valleys... Azalea... hills surrounding the Rogue Valley.

* Impacts: travel will become difficult for lightweight and high
profile vehicles. Loose objects may be blown around or lost.
