The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* flood advisory for...
southwestern Caddo County in southwestern Oklahoma...

* until 1045 PM CDT

* at 743 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen and another one to two inches possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Carnegie, Apache, Fort Cobb, Fort Cobb Reservoir, Alfalfa and
Boone.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots. Turn around, don't drown.

* at 652 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Carnegie.

Additional rainfall of !At least an inch is expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
