* timing... winds will stay strong through the afternoon and into
the early evening. A cold front will keep winds up into late
night.

* Winds... west winds will have sustained speeds of 25 to 35 mph
with gusts to 45 mph.

* Visibility... local blowing dust will reduce the visibility to
less than five miles over much of the area with the visibility
less than a half mile across a few locations.

* Impacts... the strong winds and low visibility will cause
dangerous driving conditions.
