counties until 600 PM MDT...

At 510 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
across the east central and southeast plains between Tucumcari,
Fort Sumner, Mesa and Elida, moving southeast at 15 mph.

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph are likely with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Quay, Tucumcari, Logan, Fort Sumner, Melrose, Elida, Floyd, house,
Saint Vrain and Ragland.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 40 between mile markers 319 and 354.
Highway 285 between mile markers 125 and 160.
