Areas of dense freezing fog will continue overnight for portions
of east central Wyoming into the central Nebraska Panhandle.
Locations include Douglas, Torrington, Scottsbluff, and Alliance.
Visibilities will be reduced to a quarter mile at times. Motorists
traveling in these areas should be alert for icy spots on roadways
as well as reduced visibilities over short distances.
