... Snow and blowing snow Monday through Monday night... followed
by dangerous wind chills Tuesday through Thursday...

Accumulating snow continues to be expected across western and
central North Dakota on Monday. The greatest accumulations at this
time are expected across The Turtle mountains. Strong northwest
winds with gusts to 45 mph are also possible Monday and Monday
night. This could create areas of blowing snow and significantly
reduced visibility.

Blustery winds will continue Tuesday through Thursday along with
frigid temperatures. Dangerous wind chills as low as 30 below
zero are expected during this time. At these wind chills... frost
bite can occur to exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
