Special Statement
Issued: 2:22 AM CST Feb. 21, 2017 – National Weather Service

... A brief period of light freezing rain or sleet early this
morning across parts of Bottineau and Rolette counties...

A band of light freezing rain or sleet will quickly move east
across far north central North Dakota early this morning. Roads
and sidewalks are below freezing, so black ice may form and lead
to slick spots. Be prepared for changing Road conditions and do
not use cruise control.

The precipitation will move out of the area before 5 am CST.
