... Dense fog advisory now in effect until 7 am CST Wednesday...

* timing... through early morning for the northern and central Red
River valley.

* Impacts... the fog is variable across the advisory area and thus
you if traveling you will notice varying visibilities. This will
make travel hazardous.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
