Special Statement
Issued: 4:46 AM CST Dec. 4, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Potential snow and wind event for Monday night into Tuesday...

There will be a weather system which will impact parts of eastern
North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota Monday night into Tuesday.
How bad it impacts the area is still highly uncertain. Model data
remains quite variable in the amount of snow with this system. All
do have the heaviest snow along the Canadian border and this
region from Langdon to Cavalier to Roseau and Warroad stands the
best chance for significant snowfall. West to northwest winds on
Tuesday will be high enough for blowing and drifting snow in areas
where the snow does fall.

The National Weather Service will continue to monitor the snow and
wind threat from this system. Stay tuned for further updates.
