morning...
... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 6 am CST early this
morning until 6 PM CST this evening...

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for light snow and blowing snow... which is in
effect until 6 PM CST this evening. The Blizzard Warning will
expire at 6 am.

* Impacts... areas of light snow along with considerable blowing
and drifting snow will continue through the day. Visibilities
will be poor at times... especially in open country. Bu

* additional snow accumulations... around an 1 inch.

* Winds... northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* Visibilities... occasionally reduced to one half mile or less in
open country.

* Wind chill values... 5 below to 15 below zero.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow
around. Use caution when traveling... especially in open areas.
