* coastal flooding... water levels 2 to 3 feet above normal over
the Outer Banks north of Cape Hatteras.

* Timing of Soundside flooding... through late this evening.

* Coastal flood impacts... minor Soundside flooding will occur
adjacent the Pamlico Sound north of Cape Hatteras and Roanoke
Island.
