945 PM CDT for northwestern Leavenworth... Doniphan... Atchison...
southwestern Andrew... northwestern Platte... central Buchanan and
southeastern Holt counties...

At 610 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Radar rainfall estimates under the heaviest downpours
are between 1 and 2 inches within the past hour. This will cause
Urban and Small Stream flooding in the advisory area. Heavy rainfall
will taper off from west to east over the next half hour to hour.
