... Areas of fog through this morning...

Fog will persist across much of western and southern Minnesota
through the rest of this morning. Visibilities will generally
remain between one half and two miles... although patches of dense
fog with visibility of one quarter mile or less are possible...
especially near the Iowa border. In localized areas... fog
settling on roads may create icy spots with Road temperatures near
the freezing mark. Motorists are urged to use extra caution due
to quick changes in visibility and possible slick spots. Reduce
speed... use low beam headlights and allow extra space between
vehicles. Conditions are expected to gradually improve going into
the afternoon hours.
